The week up until their wedding was probably one of the most stressful times I’ve ever had, in the 6 years that I’ve been in business. I was frantic about making sure I was there for their big day, I didn’t want Hurricane Florence to mess with my plans. Hunter and Courtney were unbelievably understanding and kind, when it came down to talking about having a back up photographer for their wedding at Amber Grove.
With many prayers and a shift in wind, I was able to pack up and get to Virginia for their beautiful wedding! Being able to be there to witness the immense amount of love between them and the number of family and friends that were there to share in the celebration was humbling. There were a good amount of tears and laughs being shared during this day, but most of all the fun!
The clouds parted and the sun came out, just in time to rejoice in the union of Hunter and Courtney. Their ceremony was held in the beautiful barn on Amber Grove’s property, the reception followed underneath a beautiful white tent, which is where most of the fun and laughter began!
